Our Work
In many under-resourced communities, people are denied access to higher living standards due to their credit score being below a certain property approval threshold. Even if they financially qualify, they are still denied housing because of their credit score. At Path to Access, people gain the knowledge and ability to improve their credit score to qualify for living accommodations that fit their budgets. There is no cost for this service; it is available to anyone who qualifies and has the desire and motivation to improve their quality of life.
Our Mission
Our mission at Path to Access is to create generational change in under-resourced communities by providing financial services, skills, and resources to achieve a higher standard of living.
Our Vision
Everyone has a path to financial literacy and opportunity.

Our Team
Brandi, Kyle, and Damien came together after realizing they each had a desire to help others achieve a better standard of living. Through Path to Access, they are helping others qualify for the best housing with their budget.

Meet Iliana
A single mom to her son Jaylon, Iliana was in her apartment for eight years. She has a good job, excellent references, a steady income-and is diligent about paying her rent on time. However, a management change meant she was faced with a significant rent increase that was out of her budget. Iliana and Jaylon needed a new place to live. She toured a new apartment and hit it off with the property manager.
She’s the perfect tenant, and the apartment was perfect for them. But a pair of overlooked medical bills sent her credit score down to 590, just below the apartment’s credit requirements.
The property manager put Iliana in touch with Path to Access. Iliana met with a Path to Access mentor and diligently worked to get her credit back on track. She participated in credit counseling and talked to her creditors. Now, with her credit recovered, Iliana is settled in her new apartment, and Jaylon is on the Honor Roll at his new school. (This is not an actual story, but an example of what can happen through the work of Path to Access. We look forward to sharing our success stories soon).
